FRENCH COURSES

Our next session of French course begins on January 14, 2012.

The teacher will help you choose your level.

Beginner 1: This course is for people who are real beginners or those who want to start again from the beginning. This class aims to develop the acquisition of elementary French allowing you to develop all four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. Through practical situations, we will introduce you to the basics of French language.
 
Intermediate 1: In this course, you’ll be able to improve or refresh your grammar level (past tenses, prepositions, etc.) along with your conversational level and learn a lot of new vocabulary. For this level you should be able to have basic conversations in present tense and preferably be able to understand the topic when you listen to the News on the radio.
 
Advanced Conversation: At that level, you speak French fluently even if you still make mistakes. The topic of conversation will be chosen together and will be based on newspaper or magazine articles, games or presentation from other students. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun.

Price for eight lessons (each lesson is 90 minutes long) is $85 for members, $115 for non-members, plus $5 for supplies and photocopies.
